St. Paul's & Brit Museum

Architect Sir Christopher Wren's St. Paul Cathedral. Not impressed - a little too formal and cold (plus it's got nothing on St. Patrick's of NYC).

Front entrance to St. Paul's.

The British Museum's Rosetta Stone. There's just too much going on in this place but I figured this was an important picture.
The Roman Emperors Marcus Aurelius and Trajan?? Actually I have no idea who the other guy is. I don't see the resemblence between this guy and the guy from Gladiator.

Out of a nationalistic pride, I had to include this picture. It's always nice to find a small piece of home in a foreign country. "American Recipe;" extra grease?

  1. Ah, yes American culture abroad. Fried goodness to make the world fatter. The Rosetta Stone-now that's pretty cool.

  2. Isn't Rosetta Stone a foreign language software?? Just kidding. Cool stuff. I see the double deckers now have tops. Wouldn't want to ride on the upper still. I wonder what your favorite football(soccer) team is?

  3. Renee told me that you didn't like Tropic Thunder. Sounds to me like you left your sense of humor in the states.
